PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Atlantis Intelligence Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to providing high-quality services while maintaining clear and transparent payment and cancellation policies. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.



1. Payment Terms

1.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and other approved methods processed through a third-party payment provider. All transactions are securely handled, and we do not store your financial information.


1.2 Payment Schedule
All services must be paid in full before the commencement of work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For subscription-based services, payments are due on a recurring basis as specified in your agreement.


1.3 Late Payments
Failure to submit payment on time may result in candidates not being admitted into a course before the registration deadline or cut-off period. In this case, we accept no liability in not admitting your candidates to a course offering when payment is not made on time or fails.


1.4 Non-Refundable Fees
All payments made are final and non-refundable except as explicitly stated in this policy. This includes but is not limited to consulting, training, and digital service fees.



2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Client Cancellations

  • One-Time Services: Cancellations made up to 30 days before the scheduled service date may be eligible for a refund, minus an administrative fee of 20%.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled service date will not be eligible for a refund. Many agencies book well in advance and course rosters are completed ahead of time. On a best effort basis, we may be able to find an eligible replacement in time to replace a cancellation. This will be done ad-hoc basis.
  • For training, no-shows or failure to attend a scheduled service will not be refunded. Line managers will be contacted to discuss the absence.

2.2 Subscription-Based Services

  • Monthly subscriptions services, for example to the Atlantis Intelligence Hub (hosted by Atlassian), may be cancelled by you at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the monthly billing cycle that is affected.
  • Annual subscriptions must be cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date to avoid auto-renewal charges.

2.3 Company-Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, non-payment, or breach of our terms. In such cases, we may offer a prorated refund at our sole discretion.



3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:

  • If Atlantis Intelligence Ltd. is unable to fulfill a service due to internal operational issues.
  • If a cancellation request is received within the allowed time-frame as per section 2.1.

3.2 Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited via the original payment method.



4. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding payments or cancellations, we encourage clients to contact our team at training@atlantisintelligence.ca. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly and efficiently.


5. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Payment and Cancellation Policy as necessary. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
